Giltrap 25m3 Side feed Silage Wagon

NZ Made Giltrap RF25 25m3 Silage Wagon with scales and chain & slat side feed system in very good condition and only 5 seasons old.

Elevator replaced recently. Cast iron bushes on high load shafts for low maintenance. Stainless Steel chain tensioners. High tensile floor chains and Elevator chain, bolt on bars. Low wearing high tensile cast chain sprockets. Stainless steel sides. Heavy duty walking beam axles with self-lubricating bushes. Oversize stub axles with sealed hubs. Load sensing hydraulics for even feed flow. Central greasing points. Ladder, walkways & LED lights. Large 500/60-22.5 flotation tyres, good tread. All sprockets and chains are in very good condition.

Service Notes;
Assessed wagon, removed main drive chain, replaced QRC. Removed cross floor chain. Removed front and rear cross floor shafts. Removed and replaced 4x sprockets, reassembled. Fitted cross floor chains and fitted new drive chain. New battery. Fit rubber strip. Grease. Run up, oiled chains. Checked and topped up oil in gearbox. Tested scales-all ok.
