Not to be missed, low hour Commercial series MT23 Walker with 42″ deck shaft drive catching deck and 23hp Kohler twin cylinder engine.

Carried out full service to mower in our workshop as per checklist. Replaced engine
oil & filter. Cleaned air filter, replaced spark plug, fuel filter, RH hydro fan. Pumped up tyres to correct pressures, load
tested battery OK. Changed PTO belt, checked ground drive belts OK, checked idler pulleys OK. Checked hydro oil and gearbox oil
OK. Checked deck over, adjusted deck lift chains and deck rake angle. Scraped underside of deck clean, removed and sharpened the
blades. Refit blades and torqued spindle nuts to specification. Checked deck gearbox oil OK. Greased all grease nipples, lubed
deck lift chains and slides. Run mower, test cut grass OK. Steam cleaned.
