Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 1st July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 30th September 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

  • Be a New Zealand resident

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry

  • Complete the required entry steps as outlined on the official entry form

Employees of NC Equipment and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Conditions

  • Only one base entry per person is permitted.

  • Additional entries may be earned by completing bonus tasks (e.g. social follows, referrals) as specified via the giveaway platform.

  • All entries must be submitted via the official online entry form.

  • NC Equipment reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.

4. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) Ferris S65 Ride-On Mower (52” deck, 25HP Briggs V-Twin).

  • Total RRP including GST: approx. $13,000 NZD

  • The prize is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable.

  • Delivery or pickup arrangements will be made in consultation with the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random using a digital spinning wheel (or other method), with all verified entries included.

  • The draw will take place between 2nd – 9th October 2025 and may be filmed for promotional purposes.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided on the entry form.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, NC Equipment reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Promotion & Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree to allow NC Equipment to use their first name, last name, town/city, and a photo for promotional purposes (including social media, website, and email marketing) without further compensation.

  • Entry details will be collected by NC Equipment and added to its database for marketing and follow-up purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Entrants can opt out at any time.

7. General

  • NC Equipment reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if it becomes necessary due to technical failure or unforeseen circumstances.

  • By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
