How Our Hiring Process Works
1. Apply Online – Send us your CV and a brief intro. Simple.
2. We’ll Be in Touch – If your background fits, we’ll give you a call to chat.
3. Meet the Team – You’ll visit the branch, meet your manager, and get a feel for the place.
4. Practical Assessment (Role-Dependent) – Mechanics or technical roles may include a hands-on check of your skill level.
5. Welcome to the Team – If it’s a good fit both ways, we’ll get you onboarded and ready to get stuck in.
